How much does PhotoDeck cost?
For single photographers, plans start at USD 12 / EUR 10 / GBP 9 monthly without ecommerce, or USD 25 / EUR 21 / GBP 19 with zero-commission ecommerce. Plans for teams and organizations start at USD 100 / EUR 90 / GBP 90 monthly.
What are the different plans available?
There are five plans: ESSENTIAL, STANDARD, BUSINESS, TEAM, AND BRAND. Each plan offers increasing features and storage capacity. The ESSENTIAL, STANDARD and BUSINESS plans are for individual photographers working alone.
What is the difference between the STANDARD and BUSINESS plans?
The business plan offers more storage (300 gb) and extensibility for storage and AI image analysis.
What’s the main benefit of the TEAM plan?
The TEAM plan allows for multi-user access for contributors, photographers, and admins, with individual authorization-based access rights, and supports multiple websites and media libraries.
What features does the BRAND plan offer?
The BRAND plan is designed for organizations and includes a multi-user image bank, complete DAM features (tagging, search, automation), brandable front-end portals, and support for graphic design files and Office documents. It includes 5 team member back-end accounts and unlimited front-end users.
How much storage do each of the plans include?
ESSENTIAL: 10 gb, STANDARD: 100 gb, BUSINESS: 300 gb, TEAM: 500 gb, BRAND: 500 gb.
Why doesn't PhotoDeck offer unlimited storage?
Additional storage can be purchased. We purchase from leading cloud providers secure mission-critical storage and strive to share its cost fairly among members, as we don’t take commissions on sales. In addition, unlimited storage is against our environmental ethos.
Is it possible to get more storage space?
Yes, additional storage is available for purchase up to over 15 TB.
What PhotoDeck plans offer the ecommerce features?
The STANDARD, BUSINESS, AND TEAM plans include extensive ecommerce features for print and download sales with zero commission.
What is “AI image analysis”?
AI image analysis includes keywording and captioning powered by Artifical Intelligence (including for example bib numbers) as well as Face Recognition analysis.
What are “microjobs”?
Microjobs are small tasks which you can freely perform up to a monthly limit. These task units are used for example to submit images to AI engines for analysis and metadata generation, or to index images for face recognition. Our plans include a quota of microjobs that is reset every month.
What is the contract duration?
There is no long-term commitment. Subscriptions are purchased for one, three, or twelve months.
Can I change plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time and will be credited for the remaining time on your initial plan.
Is there a setup cost?
No, you only pay a subscription fee.
Are there any other costs I should be aware of?
Website hosting is included in the subscription. If your plan does not fulfill your needs, you may incur additional costs to purchase options like extra storage or the multi-language feature.
