What is your contract’s duration?
There is no long-term commitment. PhotoDeck subscriptions are purchased for one, three or twelve months, so it’s easy to get started -- and to stop the service. Automated renewal is optional, and you can cancel at any time through your member space.
Can I switch plan later on?
Absolutely. You can change plan at any time and will be credited for the remainer of your initial plan.
Is there an initial setup cost?
No. You only pay a subscription to the service.
Why don’t you offer unlimited storage?
Additional storage can be purchased up to over 15 TB. We purchase mission-critical storage from leading cloud providers and strive to share its cost fairly among members, as we don’t take commissions on sales. In addition, unlimited storage is against our environmental ethos.
What other costs should I be aware of?
With PhotoDeck you only pay for the subscriptions you need, website hosting is included. Additional options (extra storage, multi-language feature) cover specific needs.
